Cleaning cds
have you ever saved your data on a compact disk and after some time it starts to only work on certain computers and then it stops working completely. Worry no more dirt that accumulates over a long time.
Humans usually apply perfumes lotions and other oily substances on their skin this can easily be transferred to the cd surface. Wiping the cd on clothes can not completely remove this fat but evenly apply that layer . so what do we do then.
Wash the cd with clean water and detergent. Its that simple . Some of us are afraid that you will spoil the data but data is written on the cd surface using laser lights and only exposure to intense light can damage it.
